Heavy-duty raised flooring for a government building
Momentum delivered a heavy-duty raised floor system for the main contractor, Penta-Ocean Construction Pte Ltd.
The challenge
The office layout has a high number of partition walls, which meant a very large volume of cut pieces. This was labour-intensive work that needed careful setting-out and coordination.

The new ICA Services Centre (ISC) opened on 7 April 2025, replacing the old Immigration & Checkpoints Authority building next door.
