Raised flooring in the tallest tower in Singapore
Because of its location in the Central Business District, this project brought real logistics challenges for material deliveries and vertical transportation.
Together with its logistics partners, the Momentum team worked hand-in-hand with the main contractor, China Harbour (Singapore) Engineering Company Pte Ltd, to overcome these challenges for this 55,000 sqm Grade A office.

8 Shenton Way is being redeveloped into The Skywaters, a 63-storey mixed-use supertall skyscraper that will become Singapore’s tallest building at 305 metres.
